Transformation and renovation of a 1913 Villa

Through out time, the former construction company grew in three building parts that have been joined together like a collage. The administration building was housed in the villa to the north, while the carriages, workshops and sleeping quarters for seasonal workers were located in the two southern parts of the ensemble.
The project transforms the existing villa into a private residence. The former barn and sleeping quarters attached directly to the villa will be partially kept and reused as a studios with a generous loggia.
